Nail polish to act as a back ground color.
Very small paint brush
Scotch Tape
Acryllic Nail Paint in whatever color you desire
Step 1: Paint your nails
Step 2: Apply tape to surround skin surface so that you don't make a mess around the nail
Step 3: Dip your small paint brush into the white acrylic paint. Position the brush close to the nail tip (but not directly above it) and tap on the handle with your finger. This will flick paint toward your finger. Repeat this process with green and pink paints until you are satisfied with the design.
Step 4: Remove tape and apply top coat.
